Resin Bound UVR 7.5KG (INC VAT)
Unique Resin Vuba Resin Bound Binder is a two component aliphatic (UV Stable) polyurethane stone encapsulation binder, for use with decorative dried aggregates.
Unique Resin Vuba Resin Bound Binder has been formulated and produced at our factory in Beverley, East Yorkshire. Our resin binder has been subjected to intensive independent testing, and produced exemplary mechanical property performance.
A 7.5kg Unique resin Vuba Binder should be used with our Trade Kits. Suitable for use with aggregates from the Wonders of the World Range (Vehicle Traffic VT and Pedestrian PP), and the Classic Resin Driveways Range.
The Resin now comes in two grades, pre-catalyzed and uncatalyzed. The pre-catalyzed resin will have a level of catalyst included which is determined by the average temperature across the county at the time of ordering. For the uncatalyzed resin we would recommend purchasing Accelerex so you can add the catalyst needed for the optimum temperate at the time of application.
Each 7.5kg Vuba Resin Bound Binder is to be mixed with 100kg of aggregates (4 x 25kg). For areas subject to vehicle traffic you would also need to add a 6.25kg of binding aggregate.
Pedestrian Traffic:
Each kit will cover 4.2m2 at 15mm on average.
Vehicle Traffic:
Each kit will cover 3.5m2 at 18mm on average.
Please note different aggregates do vary as a result of particle density and we would recommend to order 10% wastage.
